"Clean hands" no bar to contribution between fraudsters.

Alleged fraudster can serve notice of contribution against co-defendant.

The England and Wales Court of Appeal has held that alleged fraudsters can seek contribution between themselves and that the clean hands doctrine does not cover the field to prevent them. Defendants accused of fraud were allowed to serve a contribution notice against a fellow defendant similarly accused: Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC & Ors v Zhunus & Ors [2016] FICR 30.
